ABOUT ME & MYO

Bite-sized bits of me

It all began in Fuerteventura, where chance led me to a small chocolate shop. Slowly at first, then all at once, I fell in love with the world of chocolate.

01 / THE JOURNEY

From the Amazon to Como

“My journey began ten years ago: a journey shaped by passion, study, and sacrifice.”

After my experience in Spain, I returned to Italy to study at the Academy of Italian Master Chocolatiers in Belluno, then travelled to Brazil to understand cacao closer to its source. From there, my journey took me to a chocolate shop in Notting Hill, London, and later to Milan. I worked alongside some of the most renown Italian pastry chefs on chocolate sculptures and projects for television and the Venice Film Festival.

I later taught chocolate through a women’s empowerment project that took me to Ecuador and to communities in the Amazon. There, I deepened my understanding of cacao, its origins and its ethical story. Eventually, I knew it was time to create something of my own in Como. That is how MYO was born.

Every praline holds a little of the places I’ve visited, the experiences I’ve had and the people I’ve met.

02 / MYO TODAY

The dream was always MYO.

“The name ‘MYO’ represents the vital force that can transform a simple everyday experience into something profound and meaningful.”

Today, MYO is the place I dreamed of creating: a space where chocolate is explored with the same care given to fine wine or speciality coffee.
Through handcrafted creations, tastings and workshops, I share what I have learned about cacao, from its origins and ethics to the flavours that make every chocolate unique.
